Example CRO Engagement
An example of a CRO engagement would start with an Initial Evaluation of the critcal issues facing the company. From there, we would outline the objectives of a restructuring engagement and/or strategic pathway to get the company growing and to an optimal exit.
The fee for the CRO engagement is based on the time and complexity of the engagement, but generally would last for two to three months.
